Product 

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic? 
The jewelry we carry is hypoallergenic, meaning it is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. If the base metal is not specified in item specifics, it can be assumed to be Brass. 

Will my 5A CZ jewelry pass a Diamond test? 
CZ stands for Cubic Zirconia. CZ has a lower thermal conductivity and will not pass a Diamond test. Our Moissanite pieces come with certifications and will pass a Diamond test. 
 
How do I prevent my Coesque pieces from tarnishing?
-Wipe down jewelry after each wear, with your Coesque care cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners
-Chlorinated water and salt water can damage and discolor your gold-plated jewelry. Remove jewelry prior to heading to the pool, sauna or hot tub.
-Keep gold-plated jewelry away from chemical products like detergent, perfumes, hairspray, lotions and creams. Wait until your lotion/ cream is dry or has been absorbed by your skin before you wear your jewelry.
-Acidic food ingredients like tomatoes, lemon juice and vinegar are also a no-no as they impact the gold plating.
-Store each piece of jewelry separately to avoid scratches
-Stay away from jewelry cleaners and abrasive cloths.
 
How do I figure out the size and weight? 
Measurements are included for each item in the item specifics section, below product description. 
 
 
Is there a size guide or a conversion chart?
Please refer to the chain sizing chart to compare lengths. Please keep in mind, depending on person’s height and weight, placement will vary slightly. Please refer to the bracelet sizing chart. Follow the steps  to get an accurate bracelet size.
 
 
 

How do I leave a review on your product?
On each product page, below item specifics, there’s an icon that reads “Review us on Trust Pilot.” Click the link and you will be redirected to leave your review. 
 
 

Shipping & Handling 

How long is the shipping and handling time for custom orders?
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the production and shipment of your custom pieces. Selecting a faster shipping speed will expedite the shipment, but production time will remain the same.
 
 

Orders 

How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive an additional email containing tracking information. 

Why was my order cancelled? 
We reserve the right to cancel any order that may seem fraudulent or suspicious. To avoid the possible cancellation of your order, please make sure the shipping and billing addresses match.
 
 
How do I cancel an order? 
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order, you are unable to modify or cancel it. Our team begins processing orders immediately, making cancellation impossible. 

Returns 

What is the process for returns? Am I responsible for return shipping?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges unless an error was made on our behalf. 

What can I do about the faulty item I received? 
We apologize if you have experienced any issues with your Coesque jewelry. Our customer service team is here to assist with guiding you through the next steps. If you received an item that is the incorrect size, tone or defective, please contact us via email [info@coesque.com ] with your order number and photos of the item, within 24 hours of receiving it.
