We reserve the right to cancel any order that may seem fraudulent or suspicious. To avoid the possible cancellation of your order, please make sure the shipping and billing addresses match. Please allow up to 4 days to process standard orders and up to 3 weeks for custom orders. 

 

Once your order is shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. Should you experience any of these issues please file a claim with the carrier.
